I represented clients in a broad range of federal and state court litigation, including cases involving contracts, construction, real estate, commercial law, intellectual property, trade secrets, corporate governance, shareholders’ rights, class actions, legal malpractice, estate and probate litigation, employment law, securities fraud, consumer fraud, and commercial fraud.  I am a seasoned lawyer whose complex litigation, trial and appellate experience resulted in favorable verdicts and settlements for my clients.  I tried more than 30 cases to verdict or judgment, briefed and argued more than 50 dispositive motions and more than 30 appeals, and resolved hundreds of cases through settlement.
